Where are you located?

• Our head office is located in Boston, Massachusetts where all products are designed in house.

How can I get notified of new products?

• You can also sign up for email and SMS updates on all our styles and promotions - there is a sign up box at the bottom of our website

What is your shipping policy?

• For shipping within the contiguous United States we ship orders within 1-3 business days.
• Orders generally arrive within 3-6 business days, but may take up to 9.
• During the checkout process, you will get a shipping estimate. We also offer 1 Business Day USPS Priority Mail as well.
• All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.

Free Standard Shipping Over $75!

• Offer is limited to standard delivery within the 48 contiguous United States, excludes bulk orders and drop ships. Oversized shipping charges and shipping surcharges are excluded from shipping and promotional discounts. Entire order must be shipped to a single address. Does not apply to prior purchases or open orders and cannot be combined with any other offer. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. Promotion may be modified or terminated at any time. Certain restrictions and exclusions may apply.
• We only ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

What is your return policy?

• We offer a 30 day return policy for refund or exchange. Your order must be returned within 30 days in unused and to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
